| Description |

The architecture of this combined
storage and office building is governed by its simplicity and
functionality. The structure has no columns in the storage areas
ensuring optimal usage of this area. The structural design was
performed according to Austrian norm OeNorm B4700 and the dimensions
of all load-carrying components were optimised using Finite Elements
methods.
